Do you struggle with self-confidence, expressing your needs, or feeling comfortable with intimacy? You may find yourself overthinking conversations, people-pleasing, avoiding conflict, or feeling disconnected from your own desires.
Individual counselling offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore the roots of self-doubt, shame, and communication challenges. Together, we look at the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, whether that’s difficulty setting boundaries, fear of rejection, performance anxiety, or feeling unheard in relationships.
Coming from an attachment perspective, our focus is on strengthening your sense of self, building assertive communication skills, and developing a healthier, more confident relationship with your body and intimate relationships. As self-understanding and compassion grows, so does your ability to speak clearly, connect authentically, and move through intimacy with greater comfort and confidence.
Counselling can help you feel more secure in who you are and more empowered in how you show up in your relationships.

Individual In-Person Counselling
50-minute sessions are in-office at 269 Main St. West, Suite #7.

Individual Virtual Counselling
50-minute sessions are held virtually using the Jane App video conferencing software, with a backup of Zoom.

Individual Phone Counselling
50-minute sessions are held by phone. I will call your preferred phone number at the time of the session.
